MAH CET 2020: Registration, Application Form

 MAH CET
MAH CET is more an aptitude test than a regular university or board exam. If you have appeared in CAT/XAT/SNAP with good preparation only a few days of smart preparation could lead you to score 97+ percentile in the exam.
So,  the one month well devised preparation plan should be good enough to crack MAH CET with a high score to get into JBIMS. Before that, you should remember the following:
JBIMS has 85% seats for Maharashtra candidates and 15% for All India category
The cut off at JBIMS for home state candidate is 95+ percentile but for All India category it is 99+ percentile
Your excellent academics, extra curricular achievements could help you go up in the merit for JBIMS
For JBIMS admission, a Maharashtra state candidate has to necessarily appear in MAH CET but an All India category candidate will be considered on the basis of CAT, CMAT score apart from MAH CET score
Now the MAH CET Preparation & Test Taking strategy
·         Focus more on Logical & Abstract Reasoning as its share of score in MAH CET is 50%.
·         Intensify your preparation with more mocks and practice sessions with proper guidance. Analyse your errors and avoid their repetition in next Mock.
·         Quant and verbal are less difficult than CAT or XAT. Comprehension is much easier. Solve more but short RC passages
·         Focus more on Arithmetic, English Grammar and Vocabulary to score high
·         In the examination hall – begin with your strong area, skip the difficult question in first few attempts
·         MAH CET does not have negative marking, so if you have time you can do some good guess work
